If you are a beginner or new to the Olympic lifts, passing our 4 week Fundamentals course is REQUIRED before attending regular class times. This ensures that you learn the movements properly before lifting with the regular class. Spots are limited through sign-up only.

Team TNL Weightlifting
Our weightlifting team training is for both our competitive and recreational weightlifters. Training is scheduled for 3 or 5 days per week, and programming is done for the team as a whole, with the exception of needed modifications for individual athletes.
Individuals with little or no prior experience with the Olympic lifts will be required to attend our Fundamentals Course. If you are interested in competing with our weightlifting team, please contact Patrick for details.
